Mobio+ is an all-in-one entertainment subscription that gives you access to VR/XR games, videos, and your daily star sign (horoscope, fortune and tarot readings), with exclusive originals, personalized recommendations and cross-platform access.
You can use Mobio+ on smartphones, tablets and compatible PCs. Your progress follows you, so you can pick up where you left off on any supported device.
Mobio+ is for Vodacom users. Your 1st day is free, after which it renews daily at R15/day and is billed to your Vodacom account until you cancel. The subscription gives you access to the Mobio+ content library, with new titles added regularly.
Billing is handled by Vodacom using Add to Bill, so the charge goes to your Vodacom account. No card payment is required. Full pricing is shown on the Pricing and Carrier Billing pages before you confirm.
You can cancel at any time, two ways: dial *135*997# from your Vodacom phone and follow the prompts to manage your content services, or email our support team at help@mobio-plus.com. Both methods are listed on the Unsubscribe & Refund and Carrier Billing pages and in the site footer.

Charged incorrectly, or cancelled but still billed? Contact Mobio+ Customer Care at help@mobio-plus.com with your Vodacom number, the charge date and amount, and a short note. Requests are reviewed against your subscription status, billing history, cancellation date and Vodacom billing records.
