Manage your Mobio+ subscription anytime. The same cancellation methods apply across our help pages, your confirmation SMS and the subscription footer.
Charged incorrectly, or cancelled but still billed? Contact Mobio+ Customer Care at help@mobio-plus.com with your Vodacom number, the charge date and amount, and a short note. Requests are reviewed against your subscription status, billing history, cancellation date and Vodacom billing records.

Open the contact formMobio+ is a R15/day subscription service for Vodacom users. The 1st day is free. After the 1st day free period, the service is billed daily on your Vodacom account until cancelled.
To unsubscribe, dial *135*997# from your Vodacom phone and follow the prompts to manage your content services.
Once your Mobio+ subscription has been cancelled, you will no longer be billed for Mobio+. You can also email help@mobio-plus.com and our team will help you cancel.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, or if you cancelled but continued to be billed, please contact Mobio+ Customer Care at help@mobio-plus.com.
Please include your Vodacom mobile number, the date of the charge, the amount charged, and a short explanation of the issue.
Refund requests are reviewed based on your subscription status, billing history, cancellation date, and applicable Vodacom billing records. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable billing or operator process.
